A regular program is an educational program organized by a higher education institution which is attended by students full time in a study program that has obtained an implementation permit from the government. The Regular Telecommunication Engineering Diploma Study Program is one of the Diploma programs which is carried out following a regular lecture schedule from Monday to Friday. Lectures are conducted using Indonesian as the language of instruction.
